On November 19th, between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm, a crucial Fire Safety training session was conducted. The audience comprised coordinators, PT instructors, support staff, peons, and male teachers.
Led by the adept Sanjay Sir, the session commenced with the emphasis on the vital emergency numbers: 100, 101, and 108, ensuring they remain ingrained in our minds for immediate recall during emergencies.
Key topics discussed during the training included:
1. Identifying and understanding the various types of fire extinguishers, categorized as A, B, and C.
2. Immediate actions and protocols to follow in the event of a fire.
3. Proper techniques for using a fire extinguisher.
The theoretical instruction was complemented with a hands-on demonstration, allowing participants to gain practical experience, reinforcing the importance of both knowledge and application in fire safety.
