Let’s talk Feelings

The pivotal role of emotions in the learning process must be recognized by both educators and students. The “Let’s Talk Feelings” initiative which featured multiple activities, carried out during the academic year 2022-23 for students in grades 5 to 8, heightened their awareness of their own emotions and feelings. Through this activity, students enhanced various personal competencies, including self-esteem, empathy, self-efficacy, resilience, and self-regulation.
