De addiction Week Celebration

The De-Addiction Week concluded on a high note on 8th October 2024, at St. Kabir School Ground, Vadodara, with a heartfelt and inspiring ceremony. The event opened with a serene prayer and the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a soul-stirring rendition of the iconic bhajan “Vaishnav Jan To Tene Kahiye…” that set a reflective and peaceful tone for the gathering.

Esteemed dignitaries, including Superintendent S.M. Mangrolia, PSI S.S. Chaudhari, PSI I.H. Dodia, PSI B.U. Nakum, PI Raulji, A.S.I. Asif Bhai, and trustees M.K. Tandon and Arjun Tandon, honored the event with their presence. In powerful addresses, Mr. M.K. Tandon and Superintendent Mangrolia emphasized the urgency of building an addiction-free society, calling for unified efforts to combat this pressing issue.

One of the key moments of the event was the administration of the De-Addiction Oath, as the attendees pledged to embrace a healthier, addiction-free life. The symbolic release of balloons followed, representing freedom from the grip of addiction.

The event reached its crescendo with a rally, where participants marched with passion and purpose, spreading the message of de-addiction to the wider community. This impactful conclusion marked the end of a week-long campaign dedicated to raising awareness and inspiring change.
